Stephanie Burns brings nearly two decades of real estate experience and a deep understanding of complex transactions to every client she serves. Originally from Crystal Lake in the Northwest suburbs of Chicago, Stephanie spent several years in Simi Valley, California before proudly making Arizona home in 2010. A graduate of Southern Illinois University Carbondale with a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education, Stephanie discovered early in her career that her true passion was real estate. She has been working in the industry since 2007, beginning her career managing REO foreclosure portfolios for a leading national bank. In that role, she oversaw every stage of the process—from evictions and property preservation to repairs, staging, marketing, negotiations, and guiding properties through escrow to closing. Having been involved in thousands of transactions throughout her career, Stephanie has encountered nearly every scenario imaginable. Her extensive experience allows her to anticipate challenges, navigate negotiations with confidence, and guide her clients smoothly through even the most complex transactions. Based in the East Valley for more than 15 years, Stephanie specializes in helping buyers and sellers throughout Chandler, Gilbert, Queen Creek, Mesa, and surrounding communities. She is known for her strong negotiation skills, strategic pricing guidance, and clear communication throughout every stage of the transaction. Stephanie’s business is built largely on repeat clients and referrals, a testament to the trust and relationships she builds with those she serves. She also enjoys helping sellers maximize curb appeal and presentation, often incorporating her love of gardening when advising clients on preparing their homes for the market. When she’s not working with clients, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her husband Tony and their two children, Jacob and Emily. As a family, they enjoy hiking, swimming, travel, and exploring the beauty of Arizona!
